60 Curzon, a boutique collection of 32 private residences in the heart of Mayfair, unveiling the first in a series of uniquely curated homes. The debut of our show apartments marks the beginning of ongoing collaborations with distinguished world-renowned designers set to unfold at the development in the coming months. 60 Curzon’s design is based upon bespoke interior layouts with the intimacy and attention to detail.

Combining a series of age-old design principles and contemporary design themes, each residence has been carefully crafted by hand using the very best materials and bespoke finishes throughout. Lee Polisano’s PLP Architecture salutes the deco architectural legacy of the building with a façade that combines the heritage of Mayfair while alluding to the elegance of the 6th and 7th arrondissements in Paris and the opulence and grandeur of New York’s Upper East Side.

Mayfair is one of the most famous addresses in the world. Situated in the south-west quadrant of London’s most prestigious neighbourhood, 60 Curzon’s address affords both discretion and privacy.
